PRIESTLY ORDINATION - EVANS
Last February 11 2023, Evans Okotchi Masakhalia was ordained to the priesthood in Bungoma in Kenya with six other deacons of his diocese. The liturgical celebration was presided by Msgr Mark Kadima Wamukoya, bishop of Bungoma.

On Saturday February 11 2023 at 9h30 in Bungoma, Kenya, Mgr Mark Kadima Wamukoya, bishop of the diocese of Bungoma will preside at the sacerdotal ordination celebration of Evans Okotchi Masakhalia.
Seven deacons, including Evans, will be ordained to the priesthood on that occasion. Seven seminarians also of the diocese will be ordained as deacons. The liturgical celebration of that diocesan feast will take place on the campus of the secondary High School of the cathedral -parish of Bungoma.
After a few weeks in his diocese, Evans will come back to Canada for the general Assembly in June and for further studies in September.
